Draft Terms of Service

Draft for counsel review - not yet effective.

Product to Page provides tools for product-image sets, material variations, and editable size diagrams. AI outputs may contain errors and must be reviewed before commercial use or manufacturing decisions.

Accounts and projects

Signup is free. Customers sign in through ChatGPT. Projects and generated assets are private to the authenticated account unless the customer deliberately exports or shares them.

Prepaid credits

The proposed primary model is a prepaid generation-credit wallet with a US$10 minimum recharge. The credits issued per dollar, per-action rates, expiry, refund treatment, taxes, and service levels are not approved. No live top-up or checkout is available in this build. Subscription code is dormant and does not describe the current offer.

Customer content

Customers must have rights to uploaded product photographs, swatches, fonts, and other material. Customers retain their rights; limited processing permission is required to operate the service.

Availability

Demo adapters do not create AI output. Provider availability and results are not guaranteed. Final terms require the legal entity name, governing law, support contact, acceptable-use rules, and liability language.
